For as sophisticated as Blogger is, their method of installing (or changing) your profile photo is about as klugey as it gets. Hence the need for this blog entry, which contains little entertainment and nothing of substance.
What it does contain, however, is the new photo I wish to use in my profile, because Blogger can't upload from my computer directly to the profile...it requires me to post the photo here so it can get an URL and only then can my new photo be displayed. Herewith, my new photo.
